Disgraceful and unacceptable customer service
I have bought my cats' renal food from this company for many years and have never had any problems. Because I always order the same item, I always use my order history to re-order the product. This time, I discovered that instead of being supplied with my usual 5kg bag of food, I was sent 3kg but charged the same as for a 5kg bag - a price which is almost double of the price advertised on their website and that you would get anywhere else. Despite writing and complaining about this and requesting a refund, they are insisting that th 3kg bag I paid over £30 for was priced at that by a supplier that they have subsequently changed. I just do not buy this - it seems odd that the charge for this order was more or less in line with what I have paid for a 5kg in the past. Moreover, given that the 5kg bag is no longer available, this should have been pointed out to me when I re-ordered this item from my previous order history. This is just disgraceful. And for the sake of refunding a loyal customer around £20, they have lost my custom for good.
No Customer Service
I received a box of cat food pouches, which had been damaged and taped before being packed in an outer box and sent.
Inside, as you might expect, were burst pouches. It took me a while to identify the burst pouches and clean the rest.
I contacted customer services via the website, but have received no response over two weeks later.
Poor communication with order errors.
Cannot fault their fast delivery. The only downside is that if there’s a query on your order, you’re not informed about it, they don’t tell you, but the payment has still been taken.
You’re only made aware of it when you chase up an order you’ve not received. Admittedly I sent an out of date prescription in error, but it would be nice if they could inform you of any errors with your order so your pets’ essential medication is not delayed. However, when orders run smoothly I can’t fault them, and their prices are very good.

Excellent service. Extremely fast delivery and prescription so much cheaper than from my local vet (although you do need to upload a prescription). My dog's treats also cheaper than my local supermarket.

All I have to say is I'm not convinced…
All I have to say is I'm not convinced this is a legit company..I purchased Frontline for my cat & the package inside the outer bag was not properly secured, there was no information leaflet & there were expiry dates which lead me to a counterfeit..I was advised not to give to my cat incase ..Anyone else experience this

Saved my cat's life
Purina cat food caused my girl's pancreatitis.
She was suffering terribly, and we were on the verge of having her put to sleep.
By chance, our desperate research discovered veterinary papers that urged the treatment of pancreatitis with pancreatic enzymes and probiotics.
We purchased 250g VetUK pancreatic powder, and treat our girl twice a day. Her suffering ceased almost immediately, and she's now back to normal.

It seems that many vets do not know about the above recommendation - our vet told us we could do nothing for our girl apart from a diet change (which we did).
Always do research - vets, like any professional, can make mistakes and have gaps in their knowledge.

Excellent service for Vet UK again - essential pain relief delivered extremely quick, can’t fault their customer service and prompt delivery services. Highly recommend!
Good value and fast delivery
I ordered the 12.75kg sack of sunflower hearts on Friday and they were delivered on Sunday, a very efficient service. I was pleased to see they were packed in a strong paper sack rather than in a plastic one. The price was also good value, I will be ordering from VetUK again.

Superb company
Superb company. Been using them for 13 years now and have never had any issues. Sometimes my order is dispatched within hours of placing it and it's always packed very well. The low price on prescription food has saved me a fortune over the years. My one little niggle is, they no longer give you a free gift. Not even if your order is large. I used to get sent cat beds, dog toys, food mats and samples of food. Don't even get a dog biscuit now.

Exceptional delivery time
Exceptional delivery time of less than 48 hours from time of order. Packaging should have been better (cardboard carton instead of plastic bag?). Nothing spoilt but cat food outer cartons did not survive the delicacy of Royal Mail handling.
